The only true beachfront property on Hilton Head Island, this charming institution unveiled an all-new look Summer 2024 to the island’s beloved hometown bar Tiki Hut, plus a new design to the resort pool and the addition of the outdoor pavilion The Dunes, all steps from the famous Coligny Beach. Building momentum in this overall repositioning in step with the property team for over a year, 20Two Studio executed a grand opening event for the outdoor space followed by a strategic media relations plan to follow that garnered local, regional and national attention. Seeing an immediate return on investment, the property executed a record setting summer season at the iconic Tiki Hut.
