Liz champions a people-first culture and is dedicated to elevating the employee experience, creating opportunities to grow our team in their day-to-day roles as well as providing development tools for our leadership team. With more than a decade of experience in people development including roles at lululemon and Harrah’s Resort South California, Liz brings a strong background in cultivating talent and building dynamic teams.
Liz has led initiatives and workshops rooted in Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Servant Leadership and has developed internal systems that created clear pathways for career growth and leadership tracks. A recipient of San Diego’s Human Resources Team of the Year, she fosters a collaborative, transparent and supportive environment. Liz serves on the IDEA Committee at J/PR and 20Two Studio and plays a key role in shaping mentorship, internship, and talent diversification initiatives across the agencies, and the industry.
